Did you watch the new trailer for Megaman Dual Override? Capsule Corp introduced a new girl and then had Megaman immediately murder her on screen with his new "Override" transformation. Isn't that messed up?
This is why social media, YouTube and the like are tools of the devils. No matter how smart you think you are, you aren't immune to their effects. Not even Megaman is safe. This is sadly the only outcome seeing how much he got exposed to these LLM YouTube videos. These videos all feature titles such as "BROWN Reploids Like Layer More Likely To GO MAVERICK?". The more you hear it, the more it affects your brain, even if you know this is white-supremacist ideology.
And then it's always "Willy this, Willy that", but Megaman and Capsule Corp are still unwilling to let Roll out of the laboratory. Seems she's managing Megaman's social media presence now and acting as his mod, but I bet they're not even paying her.
Ever since the end of the ps360wiiDSPSP era, Capsule Corp has been focusing on mainstream appeal and blockbusters. Starting with Monster Hunter World, the company managed to turn the Monhan Japanese craze into an international one. We also have a new Resident Evil game pretty much every year, which isn't a very good thing and I haven't quite enjoyed any of them since RE 2 remake. RE2 Remake possibly included. Needless to say, I am a pro Resident Evil air player, having experienced all new games through numerous live streams.
In any case, turning to bigotry, farming hate speech for clicks, is the sole outcome when one only cares for profits and shareholders. Tech companies are all led by greed, and would rather support fascists than pay a few more taxes, deathly afraid of the Z(horan) Saber. Many YouTubers and "influencers" have gone down this path, and it seems Megaman took the easy way out as well in order to stay relevant...
